The Peasemore Auction of Promises is an auction of services kindly generated free of charge by Peasemore residents to raise money for the Peasemore Village Hall Refurbishment project

We need your help to make it work!
We’re looking for people/businesses to gift “Promises” for everyone to bid on. These can be anything you feel can provide as a service to be sold at auction – maybe taking someone for a round of golf; a tour of West Berks on a rickshaw; washing windows; collecting shopping; Do you know someone who works somewhere interesting like one
of the Formula 1 teams who might be able to have a visitor to look around? Maybe you know someone with an interesting hobby they could showcase or introduce people to? Do you do something for your “day job” that you could offer as a Promise?
Schedule
During September we’ll be pulling all the Promises together from everyone and publicise these on the Peasemore website/email so you can get ideas from what other people have kindly offered. Deadline for Promises is 30th September please.
In October we will open auctions online allowing everyone to bid throughout October. For some items or lots we will end the auction at the end of October, however some of the highest value ones we will extend up to the Peastro night on the 15th November where the bidding will be completed live at the event!
We really need your promises, you can download a copy of the form below. Once completed either drop into Dave @ 1 The Beales (next door to the pub) or alternatively submit via email to auction@peasemore.org.uk by the end of September if possible

During October 2024 we will be auctioning online promises which you will be able to scroll through below when they’re released
Get your group of 6 together for Peastro on the 15th November where some of the final bidding will occur, tickets are now on-sale and limited
